About Our Church
The Seventh Day Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida began ministry in 1884. It has served the community from its present location (139-145 First Avenue) since 1933.
This church is a member of the Seventh Day Baptist General Conference, USA and Canada, and of the South Atlantic Seventh Day Baptist Association.
We are congregational in polity: that is, the whole congregation is responsible for planning and implementing church policies, ministries and goals. Church officers are elected by and serve under the authority of the membership of this local congregation.
